Day 5: Planes and Boats

We finally had some overcast and rainy skies, so we made our way into Sault Ste. Marie today for a little museum visit and pizza at an amazing Italian grocery store.
When it cleared up, Mike and Vic went for a short, but exciting, plane ride, then
more time on the boat to cool off. The kids are going to miss the water time and visits with their Nana and Grandpa Vic. We had a great time at the lake, and are already talking about how to make it back again soon.
Onto the next leg of the trip... out to Orillia for a family reunion (Mike's side).

Alie:
Today was pretty eventful. We started the day off by going to a plane museum where you could climb in and look at different planes which was cool. Afterwards we went and got pizza and then drove back. The weather was nice and calm after we arrived home so Grandpa Vic took Dad up on his plane and they went flying for a bit. As soon as they came back we took off on the boat with the neighbors and went tubing where I went flying off the tube. When I hit the water I was more scared of the fishes then of the fact that I had fell off. Later that night I made donuts and then we went and had a sauna and relaxed by the fire. It was a good last day.

Julian:
Today we drove out to Sault Ste Marie and went to the plane museum and saw some very cool planes. We even saw a replica of the plane that Amelea Earheart died in! I know it is kinda sad but still cool. Afterwards we went to a BIG Italian store and had lunch and went home. When we got home Dad flew in the air plane! After that we went tubing with the neighbours. Today was really fun!

Gabe:
This morning me and my family went tubing with the neighbors it was so fun. But before we did that my dad went in a plane with my Grandpa. Then we went to the plane museum it was so fun. Then we went to go for pizza for lunch. Then we went shopping then went home and ate stakes for dinner. Then we went into a sauna had a shower in it then went to bed.
